Our Fraud Policy
PrizeCircus
takes any type of fraud or deception very seriously. When a user
joins our community and commits fraud, this affects everyone. Any member suspected
of or has committed fraud on other sites is subject to immediate
termination of his/her account and forfeiture of all earnings. We have a
zero-tolerance policy on any acts of deception. We take no excuses for fraud
and all accounts found to be in violation of or suspected of any type of fraud
WILL be terminated at our sole discretion. Fraud includes, but not limited to
any of the following:
* Completing offers with
fraudulent intentions or no interest in the product being offered.
* Using fake/fraudulent
information to complete offers.
* Having more than 1
account per household.
* Being under the age of
13 or under the legal age in your jurisdiction.
* Using pre-paid credit
cards maliciously. For example, Visa Gift Cards, American Express Prepaid
Cards.
* Using any kind of
proxies or masking of your IP address in any way.
* Using stolen, altered
or insufficient funds credit cards.
* Cancelling free trials
immediately with no interest in the product being offered.
* Using the Gmail (.) or
(+) trick.
* Using any type of
temporary email service.
* Using any type of fake
name generator.
* Using any type of
auto-fill software. For example, RoboForm.
* Completing offers
multiple times - you can only complete each offer once, ever, on any site.
* Registering with
inaccurate information. For example, fake phone number, name, address, etc.
We have installed and
invested in anti-fraud software above and beyond the normal. We will find all
malicious activity and will terminate those accounts found to be in violation
of our Terms. This is not an inclusive list; any type of fraud is considered
grounds for account termination without notice. By registering for an account on
PrizeCircus you are agreeing to abide by this policy at all
times and being responsible for all your actions.
PrizeCircus reserves the
right to collect negative balances on member accounts that are payable and due
to us due to reversals. This includes the use of collection agencies and any
other means allowed by law.
